Bebe's should be used for ex's or Deoxys/similar Pokemon and nothing else.

You need more Castaway, replace some PlusPower with Strength Charm, at least 2 Mentor, for starters. You should add a tech or two in there other than tools.

super scoop up?
is that just for the lv.x?
i dont like that idea.
your only running one and if its prized the super scoop ups are KINDA useless.
they may help in some situations, but i dont see them bieng a game winner.

Super Scoop Up is for the Lv. X. It's because that I can keep on conserving Energy and repeatedly use Stance.

Always nice to see fresh looks at the deck. Basically, a different Trainer setup. However, a few problems:

(1) you only have 28 trainers, so you only have 58 cards in the deck...

(2) I don't see the purpose of 1 Castaway without any Tools in the deck. If you want Energy search, I suggest Mr Stone.

(3) I also don't see the purpose of Lake Boundary, since it hurts you more, and especially not 1, with 1 Scott. Way too thin.

I LIKE:

(1) the guts for using ER2 instead of Cessation Crystal. Not my cup of tea when facing Flygon d, tho.

(2) Super Scoop Up for Lucario Lv.X. It assumes you have Lucario's built and waiting, and also hitting the flip. Have you considered instead 2 Lucario Lv.X + 1 Night Maintenance, and then may be 1 SSU?

Your Pokemon are fine. Here is the engine, based on your ideas.
