Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Maryland States March 20th

wow, there really are more posts here! Sorry crobat, the reason I didn't reply to you was because I didn't see any more posts in here. I was distracted by one of the TX threads.

I know it's a couple of days later, but I have only just recovered from the shock of picking up my first piece of poke-glass this Saturday!

Unfortunately for her, I just used teleportation on my Level X which had a DCE (and no other energy) on it, paid the retreat, and brought up my Gallade for the KO on the Trapinch. Great game Angelina.
Good play!

The temperature at the venue during Swiss: Ugh, too much body heat with nothing to off set it. (Where was the AC?) I really think it was 100 degrees or more in there.
There was AC at times. While it was "steamy" on the upper level, it was frigid on the main floor. The place should look into getting windows that open.

Tim F for starting off 3-0 with Exploud-Amphy but then losing the next 3 to end at 3-3. Tim, flip more tails!
It was 2-0 and then became 3-3 at the end of the day.

David T the head judge and the judging staff keeping everyone honest. Thanks David!
bolded for emphasis. Is there a story there?

Special honorary props to Tim F
Tim's Fairfax, VA League is the home league for the winners in all three age divisions in MD on Sat. Thanks for running the league and providing a place were we can play both for fun and to hone our tournament skills.:thumb:
The emotional reaction to such kind sentiment is going to make me cry  . Thank you!

To add, Fairfax league also had representatives in all three divisions of VA's top cuts along with the Junior winner (Tommy is paying his way to Nats  ). I think a few other leagues also had reps in top cut as well. Leagues are nothing to sneeze at anymore. Tournament-calliber promos given to us by TPCi and tournament winners are definitely making leagues the places to be if you want to do well at tournaments.

Mike has let me know that there is an ID issue (again, sigh) so please don't flame the organizer. If players would just keep one ID and remember it, these issues would not be happening! This will be worked out so please remain patient!

so, im supposed to write this article for foley and his account wont let him recive PMs and i deleted to PM that has his email, so tim i hope you read this an resend me your email adress, cause i dont know what to do, but i did finish writing it

Maryland results are up and... Arron, you're going to worlds! 1891.17!?!? 0_0  Awesome job, man! Virtual high five! :thumb: Hope to see you here!
