How many wins will be required to grind in?

Will P.O.P add more invite slots to the grinder like last year?

Does the grinder require a deck list? If so, where can I get the list?

What ever the number of rounds is take than number and minus one. That should be your goal. You should want to go atleast X-1. If you go X-2 you are more than likely to miss getting in, but I would tell you to keep playing just incase a X-2 makes it in, even if it is highly unlikely.

No two loss players grinded in last year, but in Hawaii 2 Masters with two losses grinded in. It just depnds on the ammount of players and the ammount of invites. Top 8 Masters grinded in the last two years.

Lol, all X-2's in Seniors made it in last year...

Also, I think its worth noting that your losses have to be late in the tournament to have a hope of grinding in.

unless you're an x-2 trying to get in. its simple, if you lose early, you play all of the losers. if you end up having a loss round 6 7 you played people who were x-0 and x-1 late in the tournament and statistically your tie breakers should be good. but it depends on your early opponent as well.

Last year it was 7. It may be able to hit 8 this year, but since POP did the "Swiss minus 1" rule, it would probably still be 7.

Or maybe it was 8. I'm not too sure. Plan on anywhere from 7-9.

It was 8, there were 4 masters from each pod that made it into worlds.

I bet they'll try to wrap all X-1s into the tournament to avoid endless graping. Or they'll pod the event such that no X-1s are left out.
