Match Play + Junk Arm

Hi, if Player A wins game 1 in a Bo3 match, then Player B gets 3 prizes and A has less than 3 prizes in game 2 when time is called, does the 2nd game continue until one player has taken more than 50% of their prizes (4), or does the 2nd game not count, thus giving the match to player A?

Also, with Junk Arm, if a player has trainer X in the discard already, can the player use Junk Arm to discard say an energy and trainer Y but get back trainer Y rather than X?

You mean "after the three turns are played after time is called".

If neither player has taken 4 prizes at that point, the game doesn't count and the winner of game 1 wins.
