hey all I had a great time at my GC. Even though I didn't win I must write a report (Even if I can't remember half the games)
BTW I decided to go with trusty T2 RK9
Round 1
Opponent - Don't Remember
Deck - Dragtrode w/ Togetic tech
I start with a lone lunatone her with a lone togepi. My hand is horrible besides the 1 energy, Mary's request, and venture bomb. I attach an energy search for a swoop!. She attaches and puts me to sleep. I can't wake up but I topdeck an Arcanine use mary's request, pulling a fire. I get heads with venture bomb and use overrun for the game.

Opponent - Javier Sanyer
Deck - SMP (Scizor)
He had a horrid start while I got my normal turn 2 with lunasol. I had cursed stone in play for probaly 7 straight turns killing his deck. Also in the middle of the match we get our POP 3 pack and I get a Ho-oh ex.:thumb: He said I set up to fast and he was hungry, I think SMP just loses to RK9.

Lunch:
I eat, talk to friends, Danny is 0-2 while Nate is 1-1. I tell Danny to stay with the deck because today he is just having horrid luck. On to Round 3.
Round 3
Opponent - Spencer Nalle
Deck - Pow-Block
He starts with a jirachi and uses wishing star while I on the other hand watch while trying to find some energy for 3 turns. I finally get some but no Arcanine for another turn. After I got up the Arcanine it was downhill for Spencer.

Deck - Eveelutions w/ Ho-Oh ex
I start w/ lunatone search for swoop!. He starts with evee and a ho-oh bench plays a Mr. Stone's Project for a water and a grass attaches water to evee searches for vaporeon hits me for 20. I play a cursed stone, reversal up his ho-oh get the Arcanine and start with overrun. I get 3 prizes w/ one move because he benches an evee while powering up a second RK9. He ko's the active RK9 with Vaporeon I bring up the other one and win from there.

Opponent - Jim Ferrel
Deck - Queendom
We both start good, me with t2 Arcanine him with turn 3 queen I get some ko's he finally ko's the Arcanine but I have a second one ready. When he has a lone pidgeot he tries to quick search I remind him he can't he apologizes and I win after that.

After time was called there was still one match going on between Shedinja and LBS (winner is my opponent) It lasted about 30 min. but finally it was over.

I got destroyed there was nothing I could do in this match.

We both got decent starts. The speed killed me. I took out Battle Frontier a little before the tourny now I wish I had it. Meanwhile Jonathan brother got knocked out of top 8 by mewtric.

We both get decent starts again. this time I go first, he can't get any draw I torch his jirachi's so he can't swoop them then evolve. I come away with a hard fought victory.

Match 3
We both again get decent starts! He goes first w/ Jirachi, wishing star, attach pass. I paralize him with growlithe after laying down a cursed stone. He swoops to dratini, evolves, searches, Mentor, hits me for 30. he goes to 20 cause of cursed stone. I hit a venture bomb flip, Admin, use overrun for the KO! He benches more and passes. I hit a reversal flip KO his Sneasel to go up by three prizes. Now I am hoping to stall him out for a victory but I learn there is about 12 min. left!:frown: He gets up a sneasal KO's me I am trying to recover, He gets down to 2 prizes then time is called.

So I end 6th. I am hoping to get my invite next week at another GC (if I can go) or at nationals. For my first trip to worlds.
