Medicham Ex Decks!!!????!?!?!?

Why Is Everyone Building Medicham Ex decks. I know there helpful for there pokepower but is there any possible way to work aroUnd them. They mess everything and everyone's plans up. It gives the Game a huge twist. Is there any combos to work around cham?

Its not an autoloss against anything with safeguard, if you can keep that pokemon without energys with som pows and ER2, you are fine because you can pure power the benched pokemons
