Flip 3 coins.
If the 1st coin is heads, the Defending Pokemon is now Poisoned.
If the 2nd coin is heads, the Defending Pokemon is now Burned.
If the 3rd coin is heads, the Defending Pokemon is now Paralyzed.

I just wanted to know, if I use Ultra Powder and flip the following,

1st - tails.
2nd - heads.
3rd - heads.

is the Defending Pokemon affected by Burned and Paralyzed or only by Paralyzed? Do the affects stack on each other?

Each flip is independant of the others.
In your example, the Defending Pokemon would be Burned and Paralyzed.
