So, what would you guys say are the biggest baddest decks to make? What is really popular right now? I know gengar and dusknoir are raging . I also noticed that claydol disapeared O_O, I'm guessing gengar's shadow room?

Luxary ball is being dropped into every deck with good reason, and A blower is popping up here and there.

Torterra is bigger I'm guessing, and maybe kingdra is dieing down because of dusknoir? Did I miss anything or is dusknoir/gengar dominating right now?

well hard to say but defenatily duskgar is dominating I've already had 2 People at league start to use em but adding bronzong instead of gengar claydol has been the most gripped pokemon since Plox but gengar is eating at them so less people are running them (pearsonaly i hate em they just slow you down) T2 decks have made a huge showing at BR and Tronoments blowers are $@$#@!$!@#%%!#$ (calms down after about 20 mins)
Pearsonally I think dusknoir is annoying the only way to get rid of them is....

Burn them all alsmot certain that dusknior will make a showing at worlds just to see how it fairs.
