TacC - The problem I had in that paragraph isn't that I played bad matchups, but rather that I was matched up against THREE of them in THREE consecutive games. There were about 12 people 4-2 at that time, and I'm matched up against THE ONLY ONE that's playing LBS (all other LBS players were 5-1 or 6-0). Just the whole situation makes me feel like the computer is TRYING to **** me off.

Metagaming DOES work. Politoed was an incorrect metagame choice, and Queen was a decent one, but no dice. It happens. Nice job finishing in the green in Oregon. Tough competition even though Ross was sitting it out.

oh, The guy you faced in Round one of the BC GC, was most likely Bill Corrin, He was playing a Crobat EX deck. He just had rotten luck that day..the Wobbuffets didn't work out very well for him sometimes, and other they worked well.
Plus We were Aqua Grunts just cause we Could be. No real Reason, just felt like being Aqua Grunts using Water decks for the Gyms

No offense, I'm pretty sure poli was far from the right choice. If you look at the top cut and what most of the players were playing, you had some pretty bad matchups coming up even on the off chance you beat flarados.
