The scenario:
- Mew EX is in play and Active
- Celebi EX is in play
- An Evolution is in play -- for example, Eelektrik, with a Spark Tynamo underneath it
- Mew EX has a Lightning energy on it
Now that Eelektrik has access to Tynamo's attack due to Celebi, does Mew also have access to that attack, since Versatile lets Mew copy from the entire attack pool of the board? Or does Mew require that the attack being copied actually be written on a Pokemon in play, rather than simply added "invisibly" to its attack pool via an effect like Celebi's?
Thanks.
