Torterra Lv.X:
'Vigorous Dash' (on Torterra Lv.X) does 30 to an opponent's benched Pokemon, and 30 to the Pokemon using the attack (plus 100 to the Defending Pokemon).
The bench damage is specified to not be affected by weakness/resistance, but the self damage doesn't say anything about applying Weakness/resistance or not.
So my question is: If Mew ex used 'Vigorous Dash' would it take 60 damage back (after weakness/resistance)?
