If Im using a Mew Prime do I have to See Off both halves of a legend or just the attack portion to be able to use its attack?

EG: Seeing off KGL Bottom allows me to use Mega Tidal Wave.

EDIT: Nevermind, I found my way to the correct compedium spot and answered the question myself. Please close. (The answer is it cant copy a legend at all, in case anyone sees this and was wondering)
