MewPrime/Rhyperior/Smeargle strategy question

OK, here's a strategy question, regarding MewPrime/Rhyperior/Smeargle.

If the initial deal only gives you (of immediate value) 1 Mew, 1 Smeargle, and Psychic energy, which should you choose to be the starting active pokemon?

Obviously if you start with Mew, you can See Off on the first turn, so you are ready to Lost Link/Hard Crush on turn 2. But when Mew is knocked out, your opponent has had time to set up his hand so that Smeagle's Portrait will be worthless (there's also the risk that he can knockout Mew after playing Seeker). So starting with Mew pretty much leaves you at the mercy of the card draw.

Starting with Smeargle could easily be the better play (obviously if your opponent has a Pokemon Collector in hand, you can grab 2 Mew and an Unown Q from your deck, which still would allow Mew to See Off on the first turn). But if there is no Supporter of immediate value in his hand, then your Smeargle is stuck in the active spot, causing you to lose a turn before you can retreat it (since the energy you first attach should be on Mew). That one-turn delay before you start the Mew machine, could mean the loss of the game.

So each choice could have good and bad outcomes. But in terms of probability, which play is more likely to be the smarter one?

It depends if you have Collector/Q in hand. If yes, start Smeargle, bench Mew, attach for turn, Collector for Q and other stuff, equip, Portrait for more stuff. Then, See Off. If no Q or Collector, start Mew*.

*Unless you are in a really bad spot with no supporters by T2. Remember, Mew has free retreat.

It's probaply best to start with mew and a collector in hand, or a backup mew on the bench. But since chances for that are low smeargle could save the day.

The problem here however is "could". Because for smeargle to work, your opponent needs a collector in his hand and while chances for you AND your opponent not having a collector in the opening hand is smaller than just you, its still quite risky to assume.

If you want to play it completely safe i would think sableye is a good option, in the sense that it prevents donks. However it also means that your mew isnt attack ready untill T3 at max, so it slows you down considerably.

I think mew prime's biggest obstacle is the start, even bigger one than dialga G L.V X

Top played supporters: bebes 2-4, collector 3-4, Cyrus 4,Judge/Lookers 1-3, supporters in first hand are often more than not, especially if you have a consistent build. Ive played this deck at cities and got 2nd to Dialgachomp, my worst matchup but I still only lost by a prize in Game 3. This deck is outrageously fast and consistent with the right build. Smergle is the reason the deck works so well. If you worry about Mew/Smergle start what do you do?? Well you figure it.
