in a regigigas deck what cna be included to counter mewtwo lvx and machamp. Currently i have unown g and palkia lvx, but i need some other advice on what could be played, since tommorow i have the nationals

JMO, but anything you did put in to tech against these wouldn't be worth it as it would take out other needed cards and make your other matchups not as good.
However if you still want to, Machamp - I would suggest Bubble Coat but your tool card is Unown G which is more needed.

Bannette Pt can 1shot Mewtwo for 2 energy if you play your cards right.
Mismagius Pt 2shots him, but for only one energy and gives you control over his options, limiting his recovery speed if hes used as an attacker as well as a wall.

Banette PL is a great Mewtwo counter and can be used by all kinds of decks.
Regigigas can also make good use of Dialga G LV X but watch out for Flygon/Mewtwo.
