Mewtwo ex (EX Ruby & Sapphire) and Mewtwo-EX (Next Destinies)

Are these cards considered to have the same name or not? For example, would I be able to have 4 Mewtwo ex (EX Ruby & Sapphire) and 4 Mewtwo-EX (Next Destinies) in an unlimited deck?

They are different names.
So you could have 4 of each in an Unlimited deck
