i didn't make it to nats this year and it's really hard for me to go anywhere in california. i live close to mexico. can i go to the mexican nationals in 2011 if i live on close to mexico.

you can go but unless you meet residency requirements you should not play in their Nationals. If you do play and you don't meet the local residency requirement then expect to find that you are rewarded with a "holiday" from OP.
