Props for the name goes to a close friend of mine.

3-1 Floatzel GL Lv. X RR(Yes.. It is Michael Phelps)
3-3 Starmie RR
3-2-3 Walrein RR
1 Pachirisu GE

4 Poke Drawer+
4 PokeDex Handy910s
3 Underground Expedition(Combo with Pokedex)
3 Volkner's Philosphy
3 Roseanne's Research
3 Bebe's Search
2 Night Maintenance
1 Premier Ball
1 Level Max
1 Broken Time Space
2 Rare Candy

14 Water Energy

Strategy: Any startup in this deck will work. If I start with Floatzel GL, hopefully get a card that allows me to get to the Level X fast, same with Starmie. If I get that T2, retreat for free to possibly bring up a Sealeo and get even more Water Energy in hand and next turn, if it's still alive, setup a Walrein and start with it's attack. Water Recycle(Starmie) gets back the energies that Walrein discards, which allows a constant cycle of Cold Crushes. Any thouhts or edits that'll make it any better?

Hahaha awesome title. This looks like a good build for the deck. I would recommend a 1-1 or 2-2 Bronzong SF line - to get more energy into your hand.

Pieter van den Hoogenband!!!!

On subject, I think a walrein from MT would be nice too.... it has a decent attack and if you are able to pull of the power you`re hurting your opponent big time...

I was thinking of 1 Walrein from MT, since it's power is pretty good. I was thinking about Energy Link along with Flint's to attach two to Floatzel and switch it to Walrein.. Just a thought.

Two thoughts
When I saw Walrein I thought of Croconaw MT maybe a 1-1-1 line of gatr?
A 1/1 Uxie Uxie X using trade off would combo with your Underground Expedition and add cards to your hand.
