T1 or T2 get ou mightyena poison him with skunktank G and do 80 for nothing retreat every now and then.

I think you'll need Life Herb and a Blissey tech, otherwise the Poison damage will kill you.

Toxicroak isn't a bad secondary attacker, like when Mightyena is almost defeated. You bring up Toxicroak when Mightyena is at 10 or 20 HP, use a Life Herb and Blissey and viola, perfectly healthy Mightyena, ready for a second round.
