by having only 4 basic pokemon you have already lost 2 prizes . Milotic works really good
with walreign an basically everything else (buckap hitter)

What's a buckap? And you will lose guaranteed if you only use Milotic. Use Walreign or something else with it.

You guys doesn't seem to understand the deck at all. The Walrein/Milotic deck is well known, but that is really a Walrein deck that uses Milotic as well.

This deck is a guaranteed 30 turn two and will only improve from there. Make sure your deck is ready to take the pounding on turn 4 as well (Boost could make it turn 3 when needed).

This is a fresh idea, I can't say how well it would work without testing. You should probably add some Crystal Shards so BAR can't stop you early with Rayquaza and it might be worth playing DRE energy.

This deck has a big chance of getting Feebas killed before you get to do much...
Not true, look at the attack. You will have a Milotic at the end of your first turn (unless your opening hand happen to have all 4 Milotic which is a 0.0033% chance), so the only way for the opponent to do an early knock-out of Feebas is to go first and do 30 damage. This is highly unlikely, particularly in the present environment where people try to start with Dunsparce or Wynaut.

There are other cases where the opponent goes first and puts a status effect on Feebas that may mean that you lose Feebas in the second round (because he couldn't attack), but that is a danger that all decks face when they start with a single basic and this is a much smaller problem than the cases where BAR starts with a single Skitty and Gardevoir starts with a single Wobbuffet.

You might think that starting with a single basic is rare in a "normal" deck (which I would define as 12 basics), but this is not true.

C:\dev\CardProb\Release>CardProb.exe 7 12 60
Probability when drawing 7 cards from a deck of 60 cards
Getting 0 out of 12: 19.0647%
Getting 1 out of 12: 38.1293%
Getting 2 out of 12: 29.2621%
Getting 3 out of 12: 11.0841%
Getting 4 out of 12: 2.2168%
Getting 5 out of 12: 0.2313%
Getting 6 out of 12: 0.0115%
Getting 7 out of 12: 0.0002%

Your chance of getting one basic is 38%, but we are interested in the case where we get a basic (to avoid Mulligan) which increases the odds to 47%.

This Milotic deck has the regular 60% chance of getting no basics and will get a single Feebas in 84% of the cases where it gets at least one basic.

I have thought of this deck a while back when I first heard that you can acension on first turn. I am not sure why I never went through with it, but now that I think about it this deck would actually be not bad. (but not great either) The problem is that this deck is that, yes, it doesn't have enough basic pokemon.

There is a good chance that when your first Milotic is knocked out, that could be it. Some bad starts for this deck could be if your opponent has a TM [rock] in their hand or draws one (Milotic wouldn't be too hard to knock out) or if you didn't get a basic and you had to keep searching and they put out Rayquaza EX because they saw your water energy/Milotic.

I think this deck would do pretty well, but I'm not sure how well.

First glad to see you noticed ATM Rock, second add in Walrein or Swampert especially since the one Swampert can attach an extra energy, and finally what would happen if 2-4 of your Milotic were in prizes? Or you were forced to discard one(for example Poocheyana 64/109 Knock Off.) And what about your benched Feebas? If warpoint comes into play and you only have Feebas you could lose it. You also have to consider things like Water Arrow, Exploud's Breaking Sound, and if you heal your pokemon when you play Milotic you would help out your opponent. There are many things to consider.

your deck is almost exactly the same as one i threw together after my pre-release because of me being a big milotic fan thanks to gba... but... warp point, atm rock, hl shiftry, hl seedot, reversal, sandstorm electabuzz, ta manetric, and more beat this easily, you really hafto rely on energy and going first... its probly the most fun i have had playing a deck in a while, just because its so unpredictable, you should be havin a lot of fun with it so far, but dont bein close minded to combo's, whether its been done before or not, that doesnt at all mean its a bad thing to play. nice deck though man, unique.
Joe.

p.s. if anything, add more volunteers, youll find out how clutch they can be in certain situations.

Ill make some changes to this deck and im probably gona but in 2 or 4 basic water Pokemon. Im not sure of what to put in though because ive never really played anything thats water + ive only been playing modified for a month. Help please

You really need something to help get started. Add either 4 Dunsparce or something to help you get Basics. I see you've got 2 Pokemon Fan Club, how about adding 4 Dual Balls (they're non-supporters).

I think I would try to squeeze 2 Briney's in there as well.

-2 Life Herb
-1 ATM Rock
-1 Steven
-1 Pokemon Reversal
-2 Switch
-2 Boost Energy
+4 Dual Ball
+2 Briney's Compassion
+2 Warp Energy
+1 Town Volunteer

(Remove the switch because you can use Briney's, then throw Milotic down on a Feebas you already have on the bench)

I know dual ball is a non supporter but when i fan club i dont normally need to use another supporter that turn. Also boost is definetly better than Warp Energy cause most of the time i dont even have a benched Pokemon.

Fun idea indeed adding fast ball may help you to get out milotic i would advise you to add some other pokemon that can attack preferably basics .
Maybe ice castform or corcola or anything else you want having around 6-8 pokemon and a solid trainer engine will make sure that you won't lose before your opponet has drawed his prizes

-4 ER2
-4 life herb

+4 claw fossil
+4 root fossil

Gives you a much greater chance of starting the way you want, and being able to avoid those OHKO's. Also gives you some mid-game stall options. Starting with one of these if you go second means that dunsparce, ralts, or whatever can't status effect your feebas.

I took out the flip-fails trainers, save the reversals. With milotic's power, your ability to ascend, switch, and adding the the above-mentioned Mr. Briney's, you'll have a more stable, and just as fast, deck (ER2 and life herb do nothing for the speed of your deck).

I'd also consider using a different method of draw than the Professor Oak's Research. A few oracle, and perhaps a TV reporter line, would do wonders for your tech filled deck (reversals, ATM rocks, boost energy, etc.).
