Strategy:
Milotic is main attacker (essentially). Feebas' fast evolution gets you what evolution you need (Claydol, 'Cruel, Milotic). Claydol is obviously draw. Now, to the fun stuff.
Milotic cannot be hurt by lv X's - added prevention bonus.
Milotic with 1 heads can discard an energy attached to the defending pokemon. Discard a Call or Multi preferably (or any other random special energy that may receive playtime).
Use Tentacruel's free attack lets you retrieve that Call/Multi from the opponent's discard pile and attach it to their main attacker (if it was already attached to their main attacker, skip the Milotic & Tentacruel step and go straight to Shuckle).
Now bring out Shuckle, who cannot be hurt by anything with a special energy attached to it and let poison eat away at them (while canceling powers & bodies on their active). If they are forced to retreat they are putting more energy in the discard feeding a late-game Tentacruel spread as well.
Just seems like a fun deck. Thoughts?
