So, anyone play any of these games. I have a few stories to share, if you want. Here will be a place just to talk about different things, encounters, what not in these great games.
Minecraft and S.T.A.L.K.E.R are elite in terms of indie game development, and should be played by many. Anyways, story time!
STALKER:
Walking around the Zone, looking for artifacts.
Out of nowhere, a mutant comes running, full speed, teeth bared, all that good stuff.
Pull out my trusty AK and blast it to pieces. The sound attracts a bunch of bandits, who proceed to attempt to kill me.
Book it into a building, thinking I'm safe. Lolnope, it's STALKER. Safe, please?
Anywho, a grenade gets thrown out of nowhere, and before I see it, it's way to late.
It goes off, and I'm crippled. A bandit walks over, and just blasts me.
Minecraft:
Get enough materials to start mining diamond, finally get Redstone, diamond, what not.
Go to a chest I made, deposit the items.
Out of nowhere, a freaking creeper!
Blows me out of the cave, and I die.
It was close to my house thank god, so I walk all the way back, and look for my crap.
It fell into the water, and went floating down into the bottom. I get my stuff out of the chest.
And another creeper, never mind that my torches went out a long time ago.
That sucked.
The games are still really fun, and you should look into them.
