I feel so new asking such a question, but I really want to be absolutely positive.
Mismagius reads:
[.] Destructive Spell: Choose up to 4 in any combination of Pokemon Tool cards and Technical Machine cards in play on either player’s side, and discard them. Then, do 20 damage x the number of cards you discarded.
The question I ask is: does this attack work like the Pachirisu vs Unown G ruling, or more like a windstorm, considering the effect isnt necessarily "on" the pokemon Unown G attached to, but on the field.
