I paid € 2 / booster (approximately $ 2,70, 5 boosters total, so it's no financial disaster but it's just dissapointing to buy something and find out it's fake) which btw leads me to the conclusion that especially cheap boosters are doubtful since you can't see what's inside without opening it. Indeed there is a difference in the fonts but it's (at least for me with these particular packs) far more difficult to spot them as fakes than single cards which you can check on all sides ...

When you hold them up tp light can you see light through them? I won a mini case off ebay and it had a bunch of cards in it that Are definately fake .
Unown Z holo with a gold border and the card has a textured fell to it.
UF oddish holo again with the gold border and a textured finish.
UF sunkern non-holo with the Alternate holo "unseen forces" stamp on the corner of the picture.
UF poliwag non-holo with the Alternate holo "unseen forces" stamp on the corner of the picture.
DS Super scoop up non-holo with the alternate holo "EX Delta Species" stamp on the corner of the picture.
IN total 42 cards which are all fake. I actually confronted the person through email adn they guarantee they are all real!:lol:

Both the fake and the real booster do not let any light pass through them ...
Btw: they even started melting at the same temperature (lol
) ...I also tried confronting the store where I bought the fake packs but they say exactly the same: they are 100% sure all of their cards are real (and to be honest I believe that for 99% since it's just a very good store and all other packs that were bought from it were real, just one error I guess ...)
You have a point, and with that 99% agreement I'm even contradicting myself a little bit (it's getting late here ), but what I meant to say is the store used to be very good at least so I expect someone has just changed that few boosters I bought as a one time incident (the HP boosters I bought together with the DF's were ok, and a little while later there was a staff member fired because of internal fraud)
