Can on name those cards "Misprints" or "Errors"?

They are german and from EX Holon Phantoms

Is it enough to be named "Error-Cards"?

Between...

it's like 0.2-0.5 cm (don't know how much in inches) moved from the regular version

Nobody any ideas?

I have some cards like that,I pulled some out of a box of GE the only thing was that they were all rare and reverse holo

I don't think their worth very much. I have som French miscutted cards form HP and CG, and I also have some english ones from GE. Maybe 1 or 2$ more than the regular ones.
