Assuming Megalo Cannon is last, there are some pokemon that have been missed this generation. Here are a few psychics (mostly from gen 1).

Abra 60 HP :psychic:

Flip a coin, if heads, the defending pokemon is now paralyzed.

Alakazam 130 HP :psychic:

Ability: Psy Exchange

This attack does 30 damage for each :psychic: pokemon you have in play.

Drapion (Team Plasma)

Resistance: :psychic:-20
Retreat Cost: :colorless::colorless::colorless:

Ability: Plasma Armor
All damage done to each of your Team Plasma Pokemon by attacks from your opponent's Pokemon is reduced by 20 (before applying Weakness and Resistance). You can't use more than 1 Plasma Armor Ability during each turn.

:dark::dark::colorless: Toxic Bite 60
The Defending Pokemon is now Poisoned. Put 2 damage counters on it between turns instead of 1.

Flip 2 coins. For each heads, this attack does 20 more damage.

Tyranitar

Ability: Dark Domination
As long as this Pokémon is your Active Pokémon, if the Defending Pokémon is a basic Pokémon, it can't attack, and this Pokémon can use the attacks of that Pokémon as its own. (You still need the necessary Energy to use each attack.)

:fighting::fighting::colorless: Earth Wave 110+
You may discard a :fighting: Energy attached to each of your Pokémon with any :fighting: Energy attached to it. If you do, this attack does 20 more damage for each Energy discarded this way.

Gastly

Ability: Gaseous Form

:psychic: Grudge 30x
You may use this attack even if this Pokémon is Asleep. This attack does 30 damage times the number of damage counters on this Pokémon. If this Pokémon is Poisoned and has exactly 3 damage counters on it, the Defending Pokémon is knocked out instead of being damaged by this attack.

Ability: Shadow Dance
As long as your opponent's active Pokémon is a basic Pokémon, all evolved Pokémon you have in play grant 1 fewer prize cards when knocked out. Up to 1 Shadow Dance Ability can be in effect at a time.

:psychic: Possession 30
Look at your opponent's hand. Choose any Item card that isn't a Pokémon Tool card or an Ace Spec card you find there, discard it, and use that card's effect as an effect of this attack (before doing damage). You may discard a card even if you can't utilize its effect.

Choose one of your opponents pokemon and put a perma poison counter on that pokemon. A pokemon with a perma poison counter on it is poisoned. As long as that pokemon stays in play, that counter stays on that pokemon (evolving or retreating does not remove the counter).

If the defending pokemon is poisoned, this attack does 60 more damage to the defending pokemon.
