I was going through my selection of cards attempting to rebuild some of the decks that I once had built and immediately realized that a good number of the cards I once had were missing. For instance I know I had a full magnezone line, but now I only have a 3-0-3. Has anyone else run into issues with cards missing as well?

I didn't have a single EP card in my collection, and I know I got some packs of it digging for catchers. I can't actually recall too well if I had gotten a few catchers or not(I think I did, but really foggy memory), but I know for a fact I got a fair number of EP boosters a long time ago.
I can't seem to find the page that shows your redemption history anymore. I'd be confident in sending a ticket if I could just check past logs and make sure I'm right, and not just somehow deluded.

I have 2 latios and latias missing from my collection. That's about it I think.
As far as code redemptions go, I'm pretty sure they will always be tied to your account. It's probably just temporary that we cannot access the history as it says coming soon.
