I threw together this rough draft with one fatal over sight; Virizion is not a Plasma pokemon. The whole idea was to T1 Emerald Slash by attaching a grass and colress machining. I would need a plasma badge or skyla T1 as well as a Colress Machine. I REALLY REALLY want to play grass type in tournament play again, but I don't want to spend the money on the EX's for this deck if it's just not viable. Any help is greatly appreciated. So yea, basically need to add 3-4 Plasma Badges.

4 Genesect EX
4 Virizion EX
3 Deoxys EX
2 Genesect
1 Keldeo EX
14

3 N
4 Skyla
2 Colress
2 Caitlin
3 Shadow Triads
3 Pokemon Catcher
3 Colress Machine
3 Plasma ball
2 Tool Scraper
2 Ultra Ball
2 Super Rod
2 Skyarrow Bridge
1 Gbooster
32

11 Grass
3 Plasma
14

you'll need plasma badges to help get virizion going faster and deoxys isn't a huge deal if you do 50 with e slash then megalo cannon it. tropius could be useful in here as well as a non ex attacker. keldeo isn't all that useful if you don't run float stone

-3 shadow triad (there not really needed)
-1 plasma ball (you play 4 balls already)
-1 deoxys ex (you practically one shot everything anyway)
-1 genesect (only 1 is really needed in the deck)
-1 keldeo ex (its not very good without float stone)
-2 Caitlin (could be replaced by a better supporter like juniper)

+3 plasma badge (3 should be find, 4 is too many)
+1 pokemon catcher (4 is needed in the deck)
+1 N (N is your main draw support)
+1 plasma energy (4 is a must in the deck)
+3 professor junipers (more supporters)

Hope I helped :)

Your 'rough" draft is pretty good in my opinion. Nice start. I suggest the following for your consideration:
  • -1 Keldeo EX. IMHO, this Poké is really not needed since you can remove any status condition inflicted upon your active Poké without Rush In.
  • -1 Pokémon Catcher. Genesect EX's Ability, Red Signal, effectively provides you a Catcher; so, 2 PCs I feel should be sufficient.
  • -1 Plasma Ball. Your list currently has only 7 draw cards - woefully insufficient (and 2, may be considered risky due to an inconsistent number of cards you "might" be able to draw). IMHO, you need more card draw support. In providing such support, your dependence upon TP Ball is decreased.
  • -1 Super Rod. I feel 1 should be sufficient.
-2 Grass. To be replaced in order to provide an additional attacking option.
Other observations:
  • Essentially, the G Booster provides you a way to 1HKO any Poké in the game today; so running 3 Shadow Triad, I think, is important (obviously, your opponent will Scrapper your Tool away). However, Shadow Triad is a Supporter; so, you may want to incorporate a few Bicycle to assist your card drawing when you need to play a Shadow Triad.
  • Your current list can not utilize Deoxys EX's attack should you need to.
  • Is Caitlin really critical to your deck? It seems to me that it would be very inconsistent in drawing "X+" cards repeatedly. So, how effective is it really?
So, I would suggest the additional card changes:

+2 Bicycle. For additional card draw support.
+1 Colress. For additional card draw support.
-2 Caitin. Seems too inconsistent; whereas
+2 Professor Juniper. Very consistent in that you CAN draw 7 cards. You could also replaced the additional Colress with another PJ too if that works for you.
+2 Prism (GRPD). This provides the necessary P energy for Deoxys EX's attack should you want to use it and it still provides G energy.

I hope you find these comments helpful.

+2 Prism (GRPD).

I thought Prism energy was a totally different card? Do you mean Blend? :)

Also if you have genesect ex do you really need pokémon catcher?

Perhaps turn one of them into a plasma energy

Maybe have an enhanced hammer in there for other plasma decks/ decks with a lot of blend/prism?

shadow triads are great for not only returning pokemon but plasma energy as well. so yeah keep hold of them!

Switches I recommend! I see too many players go (i dont have energy or whatever) and the best one ive seen is a darkrai deck lose to a snorlax deck due to no retreat and no switches ^^.

Hope my add-on has helped.

honestly i would drop genesect all together and take the auto loss to suicune as thats all its good for and generally you need at least 2 to beat that. I would defiantly play both catcher and genesect ex as often the energy attach is needed somewhere else and with the theoretical 8 catchers you have total control over the game. as far as switching out poke goes, i would play 2 sky arrow bridge and 1-2 switch. my personal list runs 4 virizion ex, 3 deoxys ex, 3 genesect ex as the poke and i also have 4 plasma badge and colress machine. The plasma matchup for this deck is about even. plasma is typically a little faster which is hard to overcome, but if this deck can set up just as fast then it is winnable. The T1 emerald slash is a must and even with maxed out virizion, colres machine, and plasma badge, it still isnt a guaranteed thing.

Ah i totally read genesects ability wrong lol just applies to him :/ yeah run catchers id run 3
I suppose you could always play some other grass pokemon with it for the suicune? Anywho ive looked at this deck before but with beedrill for laughs :p
