any suggestions on what i should switch out?

You need 2 Stadium cards and 1more Candy.

You can take out another nidorina for the 4th Candy

I dunno for the Stadiums though. Your list is already tight. Maybe take out 1 research and 1 Shard for 2 Magnetic Storms/ or 2 Desert Ruins.
