Sure, why not.
In fact, I'll answer the question that you don't ask, which I am guessing that you don't have right, based on asking this question.
You can play down ANY Pokemon that can evolve and use Moon Guidance that turn to evolve it.
For example, you can play down a Squirtle and (with a head flip) evolve it right to Wartortle this way!
AND THAT'S NOT ALL!
If you have a second Clefable in play and flip heads on that one's Moon Guidance as well, you can then evolve that Wartortle RIGHT AWAY into Blastoise!!!!!
Effects don't have to obey the "timing" rules of evolution unless they state that they do (like Rare Candy now does).
