umm.... i only have 2 comments: WAY too low energy count (if you think boost gives 3, it lasts only for the turn), and wailord won't be doing that much

The energies look fine especially with 2 Fisherman. Looks like a pretty sound Sceptile deck. Maybe add 1 Sceptile ex. Another way to go with this deck is go for first turn Roselia instead of Sparce. Haven't tried it but looks good.
