if u have 2 electivire (one from dp and sw)
and u motor drive de sw one, can u put the enrgy tto the electivre from dp?
cuz it says put an energy on electivire ?
same thing with electivire from dp if u have electivire with elekid on the bench
and you have electivire from sw active, can you move energy's to the sw electivire
because it says move enrgy to electivire?

free retreat question
if u have mantine with mantyke and all your pokemons are water and have 2 retreat cost or less, can you retreat your pokemon as much as possible
ex: you have a water with 2 or less active you retreat for palkia, lv up and reconstructre, and you oppnet puts a 2 or less active, can u retreat that again and put palkia lv x up?

Yes. You can move the energy to him. Because: he's an Electivire. The card makes no distinction about what set. Only that it is moved to an electivire, correct?

So yes.

And your second question... yes. As I understand your question.

Read Restructure again.
Your opponent my switch your Active pokemon with one of your benched pokemon.

Now provided your opponent switches a pokemon with a 2 energy(or less) retreat cost, then sure. If Palkia is your active, you restructure you both switch. You switch out say, totodile who has a retreat cost of 1 and use the mantine power for 2 less, then its a free switch. Boom. Palkia is back as the active pokemon and you can then attack, if you'd like.

I disagree with your answer about the Electivire. Those Poke-Powers are self-referencing, so you would only get to attach the energy to the one that has the Poke-Power.

Whenever a Pokemon card uses its name as part of a power body or attack read the card as though it says this Pokemon instead of the name. If it makes sense with the substitution then it is self-referencing and only refers to that particular card with the text.

If a power body or attack refers to others like itself then it will say all or each or your

No on your first question because when it says electrivire it's selfreferring so no. If it said to any electriver then you could do that but it doesn't.

And no on the second question because its a rule of the game that you can only retreat once per turn.
