In Diamond and Pearl there is a man who can reteach your pokemon forgotten moves right? Can somebody tell me where he is and what I have to pay him to reteach my pokemon?

Pastoria city. He's in a house near the water. It takes 1 heart scale per move - you can get them in the Underground.
