If you're going to go with the Ring, I'd suggest Ringu(the original Japanese movie which The Ring is based).
Out of those specific 3, I'd say The Horde.
I only seen The Ring out of those, and it wasn't worth the time investment IMO. From the people I know who've seen the Unborn, I've yet to hear any positives. As far as The Horde, I don't know anyone who's seen it, but when you have to choose between a movie with no intel before hand, and 2 straight up bad movies, I'd go with the no intel one everyone time.
Side Note, check out JuOn and JuOn 2 if you haven't already. JuOn is the original version of The Grudge, and it is easily one of the best Supernatural horror movies I've seen, and then JuOn 2 is also worth the watch.
