I'd just like to be clear that I am interpreting this card correctly.
Mr. Mime's Poke-Body "Focus Wall" states:
If Mr. mime would be knocked out by damage from an attack that does 70 damage or more (after applying weakness and resistance), Mr. Mime is not knocked out and its remaining hp becomes 10 instead.
If the attacker was Gyarados SF with no Energy and did 90 damage (3 Magikarps in the discard pile), then on the first attack Mr. Mime would be reduced to 10hp. On the next turn, if Mr. Mime is again attacked by Gyarados (or any other Pokemon) that could only do 70 or more damage, then it would have no effect (because Mr. Mime would again be reduced to 10hp).
