10 Fire Energy
4 React Energy
Arcanine EX: 2 Energy, 30 damage and 20 to a bench. 3 Energy, discard 2 Fire or 1 React, 100 damage. Pokebody, heals 1 damage counter and all special conditions when you add a fire energy. 120hp. Main Card in the Deck.
Growlithe: Evolves into Arcanaine EX. 1 Energy, 10 damage, possible paralyses. Dont wanna have him active after 1st turn, want him to be an Arcanine. 50hp
Lunatone: Pokebody, If solrock is on your side of the field, no Fire pokepowers can be used. 1 Energy, search your deck for a non-supporter trainer. 60hp
Solrock: Pokebody, as long as Lunatone is on your side of the field, no Colorless Pokepowers can be used. 1 Energy, search for Lunatone. 70hp
^Above are the main reasons why the pokemon (that are used AS pokemon) are in the deck.^
The strategy is to start with Growlithe or Lunatone, attach an energy to your active and either search for Swoop! if it is Lunatone, or attempt paralysis if it is Growlithe. Turn 2 Arcanine EX, overrun with him until he dies and by then you SHOULD have at least 1 other fully powered Arcanine EX.
