Hey guys!

So I built a beachless Blastoise deck, and I wanted
to know how to make it better! I really need help,
because all of my friends think it's good, but I
don't know. Thanks for helping, and here is the list:

Pokémon: 14.

4-0-3 Blastoise
3x Keldeo EX
2x Black Kyurem EX (plasma storm)
1x Suicune (plasma blast)
1x Black Kyurem (boundaries crossed)

Trainers: 32

4x Professor Juniper
3x N
1x Shauna
1x Cheren
3x Skyla
1x Colress

4x Rare Candy
3x Ultra Ball
3x Superior Energy Retrieval
3x Professors Letter
1x Level Ball
1x Heavy Ball
1x Float Stone
1x Super Rod
1x Tool Scrapper
1x Dowsing Machine

Energy: 14

10x Water Energy
4x Lightning Energy

The strategy for this deck is to set up a Blastoise quickly, using heavy ball, levelball and
rare candy, to use his Deluge ability. With Deluge, I can attach as many water energy as i want from my hand. I use this ability to power up Black Kyurem EX, and use his Black Ballista for 200 damage and discard 3 energy cards! As i can attach as many water energy as i want, i can power up Black Kyurem EX as many times as I want. Use Superior energy retrieval to get those energy back.
I do NOT run Tropical Beach, because i don't have the money for it. Let me know if you know how to make this deck better, thanks!

Have you considered trying:
  • Exeggcute (Propagation). This Poké is used in decks like this that need to discard a lot of cards throughout the game. Exeggcute's Ability allows it to be recovered from your discard pile over and over again. So, it's great as discard fodder.
  • Electrode (Magnetic Draw). Even a "thin" 1-1 line could help with your card-drawing support.
  • Stadiums (e.g., Pokémon Center or Skyarrow Bridge). Without something to counter your opponent's Stadium, especially Frozen City, you could find yourself at a great disadvantage.
I hope you find these comments helpful.

-1 Keldeo EX
-1 Cheren
-1 Lightning

+1 N
+1 superior energy retrieval
+1 Colress or another pokemon

You could also replace a prof letter or Shauna with another tool scrapper

Dowsing is fine.

Probably because your playing 13 supporters, trade in a profs letter for a SER, 4 SER makes the deck anything lower usually ends up making thins come up short, 2 keldeo EX is good enough and play a supporter line """like""" this

4 juniper
4 colress
2-3 shauna/N
4 Skyla

emphasis on Colress to juniper makes certain so you always have a large hand, 4 skyla ensures the fact that even if your hand comes up short a card you don't actually come up short a card, SAB for frozen yeah. You could play in a 1-1 electrode line but that is optional if you play heavy supporters, same about exeggecute is very useful with SER and ultra ball drops, however lowers the usage of dropping a solid amount of energy in the discard for another card that could work in the deck equally well so optional. GL.

maybe you should try some tropical beach, your deck seems like it doesn't really miss attacking on turn 1, and the beach makes the probability of turn 2 blastoise much higher
