Hi everyone! :D

This hopefully will be my City Championship deck. Is there any fixes needed, there probably is.

2 x Team Aqua's Spheal
2 x Team Aqua's Sealeo
3 x Team Aqua's Walrein
3 x Team Aqua's Electrike
3 x Team Aqua's Manectric
2 x Team Aqua's Carvanha
2 x Team Aqua's Sharpedo
2 x Team Aqua's Mighteyena ( Uncommon )
1 x Team Aqua's Kyogre

Trainers:22

4 x Archie
3 x Switch
3 x TV Reporter
2 x Nurse
2 x Proffessor Oak's Research
2 x Fisherman
2 x Oracle
2 x Crystal Shard
1 x Team Aqua Conspirator
1 x High Pressure System

Energy: 18

10 x Water
3 x Electric
3 x Darkness
2 x Aqua Energy

The main strength of this deck is speed. I can get a pokemon evolution stage set up by turn 2 if i get a hand of Archie and Switch. ;)

Please could you tell me any fixes needed and make this a decent deck. Thanks. :) :D
 
I have seen an aqua deck win to States

I have a quick off the top of my head changes for you to try.

Pokemon 18

2 x Team Aqua's Walrein
3 x Team Aqua's Electrike
3 x Team Aqua's Manectric
3 TA Chinchu
3 TA Lanturn
4 x Team Aqua's Kyogre

Trainers:22

4 x Archie
3 x Switch
3 x TV Reporter
3 x Nurse
4 x Aqua Ball
4 x Warp point
1 x Crystal Shard
4 x Team Aqua Conspirator


Energy: 18

11 x Water
5 x Electric



The main strength of this deck is evil speed and the ability to attack two energy a turn. Move the energy around. 2nd turn kyogre all powreed to go. Eat Blaze for lunch.
Move energy off, heal w nurse, do it all over again.
a varient of this theme has won two States.

I like it but i think the main speed of the deck was Mighteyena which ensures you can actually attack with Kyogre on turn 2. Thanks! :D
Maybe on my original deck, i'll take out the Sharpedo line for a TA Lanturn line? Maybe? ;)

Id make the trainer selection look like annisarich's fix.

Cept I would -1 warp point, -1 nurse and +1 crystal shard, and something else.

Maybe even get rid of a few more trainers and make way for copycat/POR

Repost the deck and let me see what you come up with.

I took out 1 TV Reporter and put in one more Prof Oak's Reasearch.
The switches are vital in getting a 1st turn Aqua Call attck with Mighteyena and the Nurse works well with Walrein and Manectric.
Any better? ;)

Try this on. This is a fix varient w/o the mightyena.. I dont really see it being a key player in this sort of deck. I left a space out of the ?.. there's so many cards you can choose to put in there exp: warp point, nurse, oracle..

This one is a fix based on kyogre because I like the card better. It's also a much more simple to powerup because its a basic; this allows you to free up deck space.

If you need another varient fix, let me know.. btw - Magenton is also good in this deck, expecially w/ jugglers ;D

It's okay. but it's not that speedy. I like the deck with Walrein nd Mighteyena in. Thanks. :)

Hero and Annasarich have both removed TA Mightyena, and there's a reason why...

It's because you shouldn't use it, because all it does is take up space. Base your deck around Annasarich's fix, it looks very good and he's seen it win, and if my memory serves me, playtested it.

My fix is the same as Annasarich's fix cept mine has -2 walrein and +4 poke reversals (owns blaziken RSH on bench :O) If you want, just add 2 walreins and you'll have a solid deck :X

Wooper: Thanks. I thought Mighteyena made it more speedy with Aqua Call. Then you can make sure Kyogre can attack becuase don't forget it's PokeBody.
