WeLL I have not played in a while so I am a little rusty. But here is my a deck.

Please help me fix. And yes i am black
 
It looks really good, but the only thing I would do is drop the 4 lightning for 4 Dark-metal energy because of Dark Dragonites poke-power.

I have two questions can dark dragonite move double rainbow and can dark electrode search for dark/metal

Nice deck. The Pokémon choice is fine as it is but consider to alter the trainer section and resources to this:

TRAINER (23):

3 Brineys Compassion (enable)
3 Rocket's Hideout (enable)
3 Rocket's Pokéball (draw)
3 Steven's Advice (draw)
3 Celio's Network (draw)
3 T.v. Reporter (draw)
2 Vs Seeker (enable)
3 Copycat (draw)

ENERGY (16):

4 Dark Metal Energy
4 Darkness Energy
4 Rainbow Energy
4 Rocket Energy

This should hand the deck some more draw abilities to obtain needed cards from the deck fast in addition to twelve resources which can be switched around on the battlefield. The draw trainers are there to obtain needed basics in time as well as Rocket and Rainbow in addition to the Briney and Seekers. You will notice that this deck can be used rather versatile and it even enables theme shifts without a need to alter the deck.

Dark Electrode can search out Darkness and Dark Metal from the deck. Dark dragonite can move anything that would provide Darkness but Double Rainbow hurts this deck due to the attack reduction. Run Rainbow instead and attach it to Dunsparce. This even ables attacks with Dark Electrode. Move Darkness and Rainbow to him and attack for up to 70 damage with all the resources moves back to your bench.

Switch is not needed at all. With three Briney and two Vs Seeker the healing is essentially covered with a HP 140 tank swarm. Rare Candies are nice but not entire needed since you want Dark Dragonair out anyway to abuse it as a search card. You might consider to run Wally's training instead of Celio's Network in the list me proposed. It depends on whether you want some insurrance against basic drought or a faster Dark Dragonite. Both tend to work fine.
