ok now my new deck looks so is that so good or should i do more improvement please help

True, stick with a pokemon line.
It's way to hard to set it all up with just 4 Rare Candy's.

If you are keen on using Magmortar, remove the Garchomp and Infernape line and add Blaziken GE and Typhlosion MT lines.
 
Free retreat will not win games. Garchomp should not be used if your only using one type of energy, because Garchomp's Body is what makes it what it is. It doesn't pack enough punch on its own, and in a fire deck that already has so much in the way of fire power(no fun intended), I don't see how it helps in this deck....
This could do with dropping Stantler too, and putting in Pachirisu, and maybe even Claydol. i believe Typhlosion was mentioned. That would be something good to replace Garchomp with too.

In trainer line, I'm seeing 1 of to many things that are only good if in quantity. Things like Roseanne's and Felicity's need to be in quantity, and things like Great Ball, Copycat and Wager just are not necessary, or atleast not with just 1.

This deck needs less variety, and more quantity of quality.
 
take out the whole garchomp line.Maybe add 1 more magmortar and infernape.also if you want to start off with stantler add more
 
what should i put in for infernape lv.x, and for what should i exchange for Typhlosion and their evoulution, please help me!!!!
