My First TCG deck: Entei & Raikou LEGEND. Opinions?

I put together this deck the other day; please tell me what you think of it. I know it's not perfect and all (It's only the first one I've built).

1x Magmortar (Forget which set; the one with the Flame body P-power)
3x Magmar (Same set as above)

2x Pokeradar
2x Expert Belt
4x Bebe's search
4x Dusk ball
1x PokeGear
2x Buck's training
2x Volkner's Philosophy
1x Energy returner
10x Lightning energy
12x Fire energy

That should be 60. I didn't have enough copies as I would have liked for some cards, but I found some reasonably good cards to replace them with.

The strategy is to get enough energy cards into my hand in order to have plenty for when I get both halves of Entei & Raikou LEGEND and I can fuel it's attacks. Electrode can stall and has a free retreat; and Rotom can help get energy into play and distribute it around.

I found out what the problem was; I put down too many expert belts by accident. It's fixed now.

Can anyone give me their opinion on this deck?

First I have to tell you, if you plan on playing in tournaments, your magmar/magmortar are all rotated out. Also you have a ton of energies, take it down to 8/8 and add in 2 call or 2 warp, Uxie LA is a must, lets you draw until you have 7 cards in your hand. If Electrode is to stall, Rapidash is better against SP decks but only if you're gonna do tournaments, so up to you. Also no need for such a difference in stage1/ stage 2 evolutions, why have 3 electrike and only 1 manectric either add 2 manectric (or even 1) or take out 1 or 2 electrike. None of your pokemon have high energy so Rotom isn't needed either, but that ones up to you.
