Strategy :

Setup with spiritomb and Collector ( Machop , Magnemite and 1 other pokemon ( depends on the situation)^^) ,then i wanna setup a Magnezone to get new cards and if Spiritomb die, i will Level up this Magnezone to switch the Lightning and Rainbow Energies on the field , either i attack with Cyber-shock or i use the Power of Machamp Prime to switch it with the Fighting and Rainbow Energies ^^..

Machamp SF is for the SP MatchUp , Regirock for discarding from the Hand and get Fighting Energies back to the field , Froslass GL is used to pull pokemon with high RetreatCost (Regice , Regirock , Vileplume) and this random Lost Remover is really cool sometimes ( Rescue Energy and DCE's are mostly the victims of this Card and it can surprise )

btw : i thought about to take out the Lightning Energies and add 1 Rainbow and 1 Fightning Energy.

Looks quite alright but I miss the Calls, you really need them in this one. You can cut 1 or both Lightnings, 1 Belt and maybe the Seekers to fit them in. May sound odd but I personally used less and less Seekers the longer I tested this deck.
Also you should play 4 Spiritomb for consistency, perhaps then cut the Froslass, depending on how many Vilegar you are expecting.
Besides, the list looks cool^^
