My PUMA deck needs help

Simple PUMA strategy; get pixies up by T2, get Uxie Lv X out first, then Azelf, then Mesprit, and level up Palkia after the first Supreme Blast. I'm having problems drawing consistantly with this list. Sometimes it's great and I'm 200-ing every turn by T3 and other times I'm just drawing dead into my own grave, even with Uxie. NB: I don't have any Energy Pickup.

u need the lv maxs for really quick supreme blast

To me thats a good thing, that means 4 Restructures in a row...

yeh, i think Pokedex or SSU would be better than POV
