Here is my deck list:

Pokemon - 22

Raichu Prime x3 (Have 2 HG/SS Raichu instead)
Raichu X x1
Pikachu (Various ones) x4
Pachirisu CL x3
Rayquaza SF x2
Manectric x2
Electike x3
Uxie x1
Azelf x1
Unown Q x1
Shaymin x1

Strategy: Attack with the Raichus while geting support from Pachirisu and Rayquaza by recycling energy. The Manectric protects my bench from attacks from sniper decks. Shaymin help with energy transport and the other 3 are self explanatory.

T/S/S - 21

Collectors x3
Bebe's Search x4
Sunyshore Gym x2
Expert Belt x2
Fisherman x2
PONT x1
Seeker x1
Pokemon Rescue x4
BTS x2

Energy - 17

Electric x14
Rescue x3

I am thinking something is missing so I need it to be looked at please. Thanx!

Don't use Pikachu (various ones). The HGSS promo Pikachu is by far the best one for this deck, because it can grab an extra Energy, so you have a 50% chance of getting 3 Energies on your Raichu T2 without using any of the other energy accelerators.

I wouldnt use Manectric, a starter could be more useful, personally i use Smeargle UD/CL but sableye Sf can also work.

since rescue energy is useless on raichu since it will discard it straight away i would remove them for some interviewers questions, since you can use energy in your discard pile or your hand but not your deck

pokemon communication/luxury ball can also be good.

shaymin should only stay until all 3 raichu are prime, well you can keep 1 GS to act as an umbreon counter.

-3 electrike
-2 manectric

+1 Uxie
+4 Smeargle

-3 Rescue energy

-2 pokemon rescue
-1 Bebe's

+2 Interviewers
+1 Luxury Ball
+1 Pokemon Communication
+2 Warp Point (if rayquaza gets stuck active you could lose)

needs more SSU and Seeker to help get multiple uses out of your pachirisus. MEsprit helps you against myriad decks - including early game gyarados, gigas, magnerock, etc.

-1 Pachirisu
-1 Pokemon rescue
-5 Manectric line
-2 Rayqauza (LA i presume, no such thing as SF)
-3 Rescue
+1 Mesprit
+2 Seeker
+4 super scoop up (SSU)
+2 Energy Retrieval
+1 BTS
+1 Uxie

should run much more nicely :)

sToRm's post is legit. Except
-1 Uxie for
+1 Fisherman.
That will help you out late game for a pachirisu drop and having the 2 energies for Raichu to burn sniping, then take off of Pachirisu to attack. Doing this 2-3 times would be ideal mid-late game.
1 uxie is all that is needed to set up.

:p

two energy retrieval are in instead of fisherman - which takes up a supporter slot. Running two is enough. Personally i would not even mind downgrading to one and running 3-4 copies of energy retrieval. But I need to test it more.

I cannot stress how important it is to run two uxies in most any deck that relies on specific cards to KO.

Seeing that you can play out hands rather quickly with Raichu/Pachirisu (tested this last week), it is of great importance to be able to refresh your hand. Uxie is unmatched at accomplishing this.

Two uxies is much more consistent. I used to think one was enough too, but then my league leader corrected me. Hesitantly, i tried it out, and realized that i was already winning more games thanks to running two. try it! :thumb:

Rayquazas are absolutely instrumental in getting energy back into play.

Also, NathWalt nearly got top-cut at states with a Raichu deck.

I would listen to Storm, except make sure you play 2 Interviewer. Also, you might wanna throw in a water energy with a Frost Rotom or 1-1 Dewgong SV OR a 1-1 Umbreon with a dark. Otherwise you autoloss to Machamp Prime and Donphan.

good points man. Sorry, I keep finding myself thinking in next format. Interviewer is great for consistent energy. Running fourteen electrics, i could almost guarantee you pulling at least two each time you play interviewers.

I can see this. Rayquaza has awful retreat though. Rayquaza start will fail hardcore. As well as it getting dragged up by Luxray or the ever so evil Froslass GL tech. Call it theorymon, but I just named two VERY popular techs in VERY popular deck archetypes - Luxchomp and Vilegar that you will run into. Regigias is a nightmare. Rayquaza dragged up is a nightmare.

I learned this the hard way with my Giratina Let Loose being dragged up once. I was in trainer lock and had no warp energies, or any energy at all virtually, i was playing Yanmega/Umbreon.
Bad times.

I would test out this list. It should fix most of your problems.

Smeargle is a great Starter who make your Consistancy 5-times greater. Also Umbreon is for the Donphan/Machamp Matchup.
