My Right Click menu is messed up. Help Please

I'm using Vista Home and I think I know how this started. I ran an update for a printer the other day. Anyway all of my drop down menus don't show unless the mouse pointer scrolls over an option. This also applies with my right click. I can't seem to find anything that can fix this issue. Any help?

Have you tried to uninstall the program and see if that fixes it? Obviously you tried restarting the PC after finding the problem, right?
