Blazekin shoudl be bred. Use somethign like this.

(Nuetral/Adament)
Flamethrower/Blaze Kick
Rock Slide
Sky Uppercut/Brick Break
Return/Earthquake

Or this......

(Adament)
Bulk Up
Rest
Brick Break/Sky Uppercut
Return/Earthquake/Rock Slide

Bellossom shouldnt need more than 1 Grass attack... so....

(Modest/Nuetral- Sludge Bomb only!!!)
Sunny Day
Solar Beam
Synthesis/Moonlight
Charm/Toxic/Sludge Bomb/Stun Spore

Flygon... Havent raised one yet, but lets see what I can come up with....

(Nuetral)
Earthquake
Dragon Claw (or Breath if you want to save the TM)
Sandstorm
Flamethrower

Riachu.... well, doesnt need 2 Electric attacks...

(Timid/Modest)
Thunderbolt
Thunder Wave (most commonly used moves will not trigger Static ability)
Sweet Kiss
Attract (try a female one, alot of people tend to use male Pokemon)

Starmie huh.... well..... first drop Illuminate, and get 1 with Natrural Cure. Illuminate is useless in Battle, at least you can switch Starmie out to recover from status if needed this way.........

(Modest)
Surf
Ice Beam/Thunderbolt/Psychic
Confuse Ray/Thunderbolt/Psychic
Recover

Dodrio.... NO HM's other than Surf are that good. Fly is to easy to counter!!!

(Adament)
Drill Peck
Tri Attack/Return
Rest (Take advantage of Early Bird)
Agility/Double Team/Steel Wing

I'll leave the items up to you, though I would Highly recomend one of your heavy attackers hold the Shell Bell, and someone else hold a Leftovers. If you give Dodrio Double Team, Lax Inscense or Bright Powder is a good item fo rhim, 1 evassive level before you even DT! I would also recommend more than 1 way to fight off Dragons, A Salamance or Latios/Latias can get pretty far into your party with little trouble. I would suggest Ice Beam on Starmie along with the Dagon attack on Flygon.

Well, whadda yah think SwampertEX? Seems I am trying to fix your decks and your teams, lol.....

i like it, but for starmie, id do surf/ice beam/calm mind/recover, and dodrio: drill peck/return/rest/double team... with return, unless ur gonna be using rare candies to level up, ull get about 130 damage off of it easily.

The main reason I suggested Tri Attack is because it is a strong attack, still gets STAB, but adds the abilty to Burn, Freeze, or Paralyze your opponent. Not to mention Dodrio naturaly learns it. Not that Return isnt easy enough (or cheap enough) to get, and it will do more flat out daamge, if you spend time with your Pokemon and tame it.

same with mine swampert, of course i play in japanesse tourneys so thats the way everyone's is. :D
Oh, and i love tri-attack too, its got a 45% chance of doing an elemental power and almost always get STABbed, but return has a much better OHKO chance and id prefer it, but tri-attack is nice too; id take off drill peck for it so u get tri attack/return/rest/double team.

for blaziken i would get rid of overheat for sky uppercut instead of dig. you only get one dig/ game, dont waste it. especially if you havnt got the 3 regi's.

bellossom- get rid of magical leaf for toxic/sludge bomb. keep petal dance because you will need it when you run out of solarbeams.

Flygon- aerial ace for faint attack & maybe dragon claw for dragon breath. but if you do that you are sacrificing dragon breaths paralisis power for dragon claws brute strength. thing about it.

you should have kept slam for thunderbolt. but you can always re-teach it.

for starmi- teach it as many types as possible. try psychic, surf, ice beam, thunderbolt. thats four different types.

dodrio- try another move for rage, its not a very good move.

those rates sucked lemme show u...

Ok, the only prob I have with that is it is next to impossible (without cheating) to get specific Natures with Specific HP attacks. I know I tried.

I also like how my Rate/Fix Sucked when it is pretty simular to yours, minus the EV spreads and held items. Most are within an attack being Identical, and the Natures seem to be right on target!

SB was only a suggestion, along with 3 other attacks.... not everyone has to have their Pokemon exactly alike, and I havent even trained a Bellossom, other than to evovle and get its dex entry...
