Well in this deck the strategy is for your opponent to knock out shedinja and because of shedinja ability they don't take a prize then attack with toxicroak or terrikion or mew to use revenge to do ninety or more. I also can attach rescue scarf to any one and i can attach rocky helmet to any one also. And i can shuffle any pokemon or energy card in with ultra rod. If i get the pokemon back in my hand i may be able to put it back down right away with ditto. Here is my deck list

Pokemon 17

3-3 toxicroak bc
3-3 shedinja dx
2 mew ex dx
2 ditto bc
1 terrikion nv

Trainers and supporters 33

4 rescue scarf
3 rocky helmet
3 N
3 juniper
3 cherren
4 plus power
2 light ball
2 pokemon communication
1 computer search
2 skyla
3 tool scraper
3 ultra rod

Energy 10

6 fighting
4 psychich

Not trolling, but I'm actually 3-0 right now with his exact list, albeit against random (average) players on PlayTCG.

The deck needs more supporters, as I got very lucky with a couple key topdecks in those games. More consistency is good. There are too many tools (7 tools is excessive. stick with Super Rod as your Shedinja recovery), and there are too many Tool Scrappers. That's where I'd find room to add the key supporters, some Pokemon Catcher, some Switch, and 2 more basic energy.

This deck isn't competitive (it's not close to Tier 1, as a skilled player would be able to play around the "revenge/retaliate" effect), but it's sure as hell fun.

Yea i forgot t put catcher in here....i have not maid this deck yet....i need another dito to complete it. But i think it could be real good.

The deck isn't going to be "real good," unfortunately, even though it's a lot of fun to play. The reason for this is because this deck's damage output is too dependent on what your opponent's Pokemon do. If they don't knock out who you want them do, you're in big trouble. However, it's really fun.
