Mysterious New Find: Unmarked Holo Energy 2011

Does anyone know when this was released? Was it a league promo or something else? Is it part of a full set of energies? I can only find the Grass Energy. I know there is a similar full set of energies but those are stamped 2007.

I just found out. They came in the Red Genesect Collection with equivalent Psychic Energy cards too. They're not part of league promos.
