Mysterious Tin

I was perusing the internet and stumbled upon this tin. I have never seen it before and was wondering if someone could give me some info on it (i.e. year, contents, price, etc.)

It is definitly a fake. Ive seen them at a flea market i offten go to. Unlike games like yu-gi-oh and bakugan, pokemon seems to try to keep its anime charaters out of the trading card game unless its a jappanese promotion set for the upcoming movie of that year.

Nintendo generally has good drawings so that isn't up to par, but as stated above, the characters are never brought into TCG unless its a promotion or a set (Gym for example)
