Mystic Jolteon
70 HP
Stage 1 [L] Pokémon-Evolves from Eevee

[L] Energy Jolt 10
You may move any number of Energy cards attached to Mystic Jolteon to any of your Benched Pokémon. Then, you may move one Energy card attached to the Defending Pokémon to one of your opponent's Benched Pokémon for each Energy card you moved in this way.

[D][R][L] Flaming Lightning of Darkness 40
You may place one damage counter on each of your [D], [R], and [L] Pokémon in play(including Mystic Jolteon) as long as it would not knock any Pokémon out. Then, you may place a damage counter on each of your opponent's [W], [P], and [G] Pokémon for each damage counter you placed on your Pokémon in this way.

Weakness: [F]
Resistance: None
Retreat Cost: [C]

Picture: On the bottom middle-right side of the picture, on a nice green meadow, is a Jolteon with a strange mist in all colors of the rainbow surrounding it. It's eyes are glowing red and it is snarling, head/neck extended all the way out. It's front legs are extended frontwards and back legs extended backwards, it's tail raised into the air. It looks like it is hissing, like a black cat. In a layer Behind it, to the right of it, is a Houndoom, Jolteon's tail overlapping it's head so you cannot see it's expression, but it's legs are in the same position as Jolteon. In a front-more layer then Jolteon is another Houndoom, doing the same thing as the one behind Jolteon, this Houndoom's face overlapping Jolteon's middle. It is snarling in the same matter as Jolteon. On the left side of the picture are a Poliwag, Ralts, and Oddish. The Poliwag has a scared-style sweatdrop on the side of it's head, and it is the leader of the pack of tiny Pokemon. It's tail curls up behind it over it's head, covering it's eyes. In a lyer behind the Poliwag is the oddish, to the left of it, is an oddish, it's right leg outward and left leg closer to the edge of the picture, as if it were getting ready to run away. It has the same scared-style sweatdrop as Poliwag. On the layer in front of Poliwag is Ralts, facing the other direction, but only half of it is visible. It's arms are flung out behind it, and it is running away, scared-style sweatdrops flying from the edge of the picture. In the background is a Mountain and a night time pitch black sky, with a streak of Lightning illuminating it so you can see the Pokémon.

Mystic Victreebel
80 HP {G}

Stage 2 Pokémon (evolves from Weepinbell)

Each Player may only have 1 Pokémon with Mystic in its name at a time. If a player puts another Mystic Pokémon in play, discard this card.

Poké-POWER: Spirit Summoner
Once during your turn (before your attack), you may search your deck for up to 5 basic Pokémon or Evolution cards and set them aside face up. Each of your Active Pokémon now has a copy of each of those card's attacks (including their Energy costs and anything else required in order to use those attacks, such as discarding Energy cards). At the end of your turn, if you have any basic Pokémon or Evolution cards set aside, shuffle those cards into your deck. This power can't be used if Mystic Victreebel is affected by a Special Condition.

Poké-POWER: Oncidium Dragonflies, The Souls Of Aeons
Once during your turn (before your attack), if you have any basic Pokémon or Evolution cards set aside, choose one of those cards and discard it. If you discarded a card with Drowzee, Hypno, or Exeggcute in its name, each Defending Pokémon is now Asleep. If you discarded a card with Gastly, Haunter or Gengar in its name, do 10 damage to each Defending Pokémon. If you discarded a card with Natu, Xatu or Girafarig in its name, each Defending Pokémon is now Confused. If you discarded a card with Smeargle, Psyduck, Slowpoke, Slowbro, or Slowking in its name, choose one of the Defending Pokémon's attacks. That Pokémon cannot use that attack during your opponent's next turn. (Benching or Evolving the Defending Pokémon ends this effect.) If you discarded a card with Koffing, Weezing, Gulpin or Swalot in its name, each Defending Pokémon is now Poisoned. If you discarded a card with Latios or Latias in its name, search your deck for up to 3 basic {L} or {R} Energy cards. Show those cards to your opponent and put them in your hand. Shuffle your deck afterwards. If you discarded a card with Entei, Suicune, or Raikou in its name, discard any number of {W}, {R} or {L} Energy attached to your Pokémon. Do 10 damage times the number of Energy discarded this way to the Defending Pokémon. This ends your turn. If you discarded a card with Mantine, Remoraid, Octillery or Delibird in its name, until the end of your next turn reduce all damage done to your Pokémon by an opponent's attack by 30 (after applying Weakness and Resistance). If you discarded a card with Murkrow, Rattata or Raticate in its name, do 30 damage to one of your opponent's Pokémon. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance.) This ends your turn. If you discarded a card with Deoxys in its name, until the end of your turn, if your Active Pokémon does damage to the Defending Pokémon, the attack does 100 more damage (before applying Weakness and Resistance). Then your Active Pokémon does 100 damage to itself. If you discarded a card with Shining Rayquaza in its name, until the end of your turn, if your Active Pokémon does damage to the Defending Pokémon, the attack does 150 more damage (before applying Weakness and Resistance). Then your Active Pokémon does 150 damage to itself. If you discarded a card with Shining Mew in its name, until the end of your turn, your Active Pokémon can attack even if it cannot pay the Energy cost (your Active Pokémon can attack even if it has no Energy attached to it). This power can't be used if Mystic Victreebel is affected by a Special Condition.

{P}{P}{W}{G} Globe Of Light
If Mystic Victreebel was not attacked last turn, do 30 damage to each Defending Pokémon. Your opponent can't play any Supporters during his or her next turn. (Benching or Evolving Mystic Victreebel ends this effect.) If Mystic Victreebel was attacked last turn, Mystic Victreebel copies that attack except for its Energy costs and anything else required in order to use that attack.

Weakness: {R}
Resistance: none
Retreat Cost: {C}{C}

The Picture:
Imagine a cross between a Mangrove swamp and a tropical Peat swamp. There is about a foot of brownish muddy water, and most of the glossy-leaved trees have prop roots supporting their leaning trunks, which are covered with bark that is of varying shades of brown, from biege to dark chocolate. Two low-growing trees have leaned towards each other, their trunks touching. At this junction there is a bower built of sticks and stems. It looks like a small hut, large enough for a person to crawl into. The front of the bower extends into a platform, and both the platform and the floor of the bower are carpeted with a layer of dried moss. Sitting on the platform is the Mystic Victreebel, who is prettily colored in various bright shades of red, violet, purple, yellow, orange and marbled with white, sort of like a tropical ice-cream. However, seemingly extending from behind its left shoulder, is a Victreebel with demon wings (don't laugh); it's colored in shades of brilliant red and violet, with deep violet/black wings. The same white marbling covers the body, while the wings are covered with thousands of fine white dots, so that it looks like a star studded night sky. From behind the right "shoulder" is a Victreebel with feathered wings (don't laugh). This Victreebel is in shades of pink and pale orange. The wings are a deep pink.

Okay, now the bower (and Mystic Victreebel) is located in the middle of the picture. The picture is being taken from beneath (more on this later) and is close enough so the bower occupies one-third of the picture, while Mystic Victreebel and Co. occupy one-third to one-half. Beneath the bower we see there is a large, rather deep depression in the ground, so the water is deeper than in the surrounding area, and this pond is partially sheltered.

Take a deep breath. Now, there are a number of Yanma (Dragonfly) larvae (three feet long and dirty brown) floating in this pond, and some are molting. A few adult Yanma are already free, and are now resting on the surface of the water, looking up at Mystic Victreebel expectantly. The camera view is to the left and behind one of these Yanma, so the insect occupies the lower left corner. The adult Yanma are in bright shades of pink, orange, yellow and lime-green with splashes of color on the wingtips.

Now concentrate. The background is split, with Mystic Victreebel in the middle. The left side (the one with Demon Mystic Victreebel) has a darkish blue tint, and there are strange wisps of energy which look like dragonflies floating around. Demon Mystic Victreebel is pointing downwards towards the pond with its "tail"/vine, with a gleeful expression on its face. The right side (with Angel Mystic Victreebel) has a reddish pink tint, and the sun is shining through the leafy canopy. There are strange, iridescent orbs floating through the branches. Angel Mystic Victreebel has a beseeching expression on its face. The Mystic Victreebel in the middle is throughly confused, and it holds in its tailvine a misty orb, that contains a shadowy blue shape that looks like a mini-Rayquaza (it is, in fact, the SOUL of the mighty Rayquaza!). In the bower/hut, to one side, there is a heap of misty orbs. One contains a purple shadow looking like Deoxys, another contains a yellow shadow looking like Exeggcute.

In short, the Demon Mystic Victreebel is creating a breed of soul-eating Yanma, so that he may gain control over the spirit world. In order to do so he manipulates "normal" Mystic Victreebel. Yet his opponent, Angel Mystic Victreebel, will not allow him to accomplish his goal.

Whew!! This is my entry.

This is based on one of my friend's roleplay characters.

Mystic Mewtwo
80 HP (P)
Basic Pokemon

Picture; A beautiful female Mewtwo, with azure skin tone and a deep purplish-blue stomach and tail. She's holding up a psychic Barrier that is deflecting an incoming Thunder attack.

Each player may only have 1 Pokémon with Mystic in its name at a time. If a player puts another Mystic Pokémon in play, discard this card.

Poke-power: Mystic Shield
You may use this power only once as long as Mystic Mewtwo is in play. You may choose one type of energy attached to any of your Pokemon and choose one of your Pokemon to become that type for as long as Mystic Mewtwo is in play.

Poke-power: Psyboost
You may use this power only once as long as Mystic Mewtwo is in play. All of your Pokemon whom are currently in play, except for Mystic Mewtwo, get a Boost counter. A Pokemon with a Boost counter does 20 more damage when it attacks. If this power is used, Mystic Mewtwo now takes four times the normal damage from attacks from a Dark-type Pokemon.

Dark Psyburn (D)(P)(R) 40+
You may discard any combination of (D), (P), or (R) energies when Mystic Mewtwo attacks. If you discard a (D) energy, the Defending Pokemon takes 10 damage in between each player's turns, regardless of whether it is Benched or Evolved. If you discard a (P) energy, the Defending Pokemon is now confused. In addition, if the Defending Pokemon is a Baby Pokemon, no coin flip is needed to successfully attack it. If you discard a (R) energy, the Defending Pokemon is now Burned, and during your opponent's next turn, any damage that Pokemon would inflict is halved.

Weakness: D
Resistance: P (-30)
Retreat cost: **

For the logic behind everything:
*In the roleplays we used to do, Mystic Mewtwo was extremely weak to Dark types -- even moreso than the average Psychic. Hence the double-Dark weakness if she uses Psyboost.
*Mystic Mewtwo was always more of a supporter (not the Trainer card supporter, but one who didn't wish to fight) rather than a warrior. Therefore, both of her powers are built to help allies.
*When angered, she could do much damage; but more often she would rather incapacitate the opponent with something other than direct pain that caused them to faint. Because she could be powerful, her attack was given the maximum base damage of 40; as effects were more desirable than direct additional damage, the discards reflect specific bonuses of the attack.

I really don't expect to win this contest; this is more of a tribute to one of the most involved and longest-standing roleplays I ever had, and since her player's pen name was Mystic Mewtwo, I had to enter this contest based on that alone.

Mystic Gardevoir
(P)
100 HP
Stage 2 Pokémon (Evolves from Kirlia)

(Each Player may only have 1 Pokémon with Mystic in its name at a time. If a player puts another Mystic Pokémon in play, discard this card.)

Poké-Power: Evil Synchronize
If Mystic Gardevoir is effected by any special conditions, the Defending Pokémon is now Confused and Burned. If Mystic Gardevoir is effected by any special conditions, and the Defending Pokémon is a Pokémon-ex or a Mystic Pokémon, the Defending Pokémon is now Confused, Burned, and Poisoned.

(P)(P) Color Control
Flip a coin. If heads, Mystic Gardevoir's type is now the Defending Pokémon's weakness. If tails, the Defending Pokémon's type is now Mystic Gardevoir's weakness.

(D)(P)(L)(C) Black Psy-Spark - 40+
This attack does 40 damage plus 30 more damage for each Pokémon-ex and Mystic Pokémon in play (excluding Mystic Gardevoir).

Picture: The background is a messy swirl. It is holographic. The swirl is two colours: purple and white. Mystic Gardevoir is in the middle. It is a front view of her. You can see her two legs. Her arms have a black aura around them and are straight and are facing on their own direction. Example: The right arm is pointing right, while the left arm is pointing to the left. Mystic Gardevoir's mouth is open.

Weakness: (P)
Resistance: N/A
Retreat Cost: (C)(C)

Rarity: Holographic Rare.

I would just like to point something out to everybody.

Where on earth did you get the idea that these things can have 2 POKEPOWERS?! Seriously. What the crap is with that. The rules never said that.

I just realized something.

All mystic Pokémon have at least 3 Poké-Powers and Attacks total.

That means some crazy guy can give a Pokemon 16 attacks and/or Poke-Powers and it would still be eligible as an entry.
