N.A States... that are not on 1st and 8th... Im confused

Eh, that came out kinda *****e-ish. I apologize if it did, but what I meant to imply was that the Mexican players have had their own issues getting to tournaments. Pablo is one of the few players who will most likely take advantage of both their multiple states "and" our Regionals (which he'll do well at, I'm sure).
 
Not to mention that it is almost less expensive to pay a trip to the US to be at worlds than to travle all country wide to play some states, so its not cost effective at best. Mexico IS at a disadvantage by not having regionals, so Nationals turn out to be all or nothing for pro mexican players, and given it is the same weekend as US nationals, it will be interesting to see how it turns out.

Would anyone happen to know if you need a Passport or Travel/Tourist Visa to fly to Mexico?

Its been a while since weve been, and wondered if anything had changed..
